to prevent the spread of COVID-19 virus infection

In Terme Tuhelj we take care of our guests and employees, therefore in accordance with the current epidemiological situation, we implement the prescribed epidemiological measures and recommendations for swimming pools and water parks, as well as bars, restaurants and accommodation facilities.

SAFETY MEASURES

  1. Hand disinfection: we recommend disinfecting your hands several times
  2. Safety distance: maintain a safety distance of 1.5 m
  3. Cough hygiene: cough / sneeze into a tissue or upper sleeve

Key general principles for preventing the transmission of new coronavirus infection:

  • We participate in tourism and hospitality activities only if we are healthy, without signs and symptoms of acute respiratory infection (such as cold, general weakness, muscle pain, fever, cough).
  • We disinfect our hands on arrival, before and after using the toilet and when leaving
  • Wash your hands regularly and thoroughly with soap and water.
  • If water and soap are not available, disinfect your hands with a dedicated cleaner.
  • Do not touch the face (eyes, nose and mouth) with dirty / unwashed hands.
  • Adhere to a safety distance of 1.5 meters
  • Adhere to proper cough hygiene (cover your mouth and nose with a tissue before coughing / sneezing or cough / sneeze into the upper part of the sleeve). After each use, throw away the tissue, then wash your hands with soap and water.
  • At a time of intensified respiratory infections and the COVID-19 epidemic, we avoid contact with large numbers of people indoors.
  • Enclosed rooms should be thoroughly ventilated several times a day.
  • During movement and staying indoors, while maintaining a safety distance, it is recommended to use face masks or other forms of mouth and nose protection (scarf, shawl or similar form of protection) that cover the nose and mouth

Pools

  • Hand disinfection is mandatory when entering the facility as well as before and after using the sanitary facilities and wardrobe. Disinfectants are available in prominent places.
  • It is mandatory to maintain a safety distance of 1.5 meters in and out of the water.
  • Before entering the bathing area, it is mandatory to take a shower and pass through the hyperchlorinated foot washing barrier
  • Intensified disinfection and cleaning of sanitary facilities is carried out every two hours (and often if necessary).
  • Deckchairs and bath bracelets are disinfected several times a day, and always after a certain guest stops using them. Deckchairs must be spaced 1.5 m away from other groups of visitors.

Wellness and saunas

  • The number of people indoors is limited according to the available space.
  • In all areas, it is mandatory to maintain a safety distance of 1.5 m between guests.
  • All surfaces in waiting and resting rooms, as well as toilets, are frequently cleaned and disinfected.
  • Deckchairs in rest rooms must be spaced to ensure the recommended distance (unless members of the same family or group) and are disinfected several times a day, and always after the guest stops using it.
  • Before entering the rooms intended for massage and cosmetic treatments, hand disinfection is mandatory. Disinfectants are available at the entrance of wellness center. When performing the treatment, our employees are equipped with face masks. After each client, a thorough disinfection of the workplace and accessories is carried out. The guest is also required to use a protective face mask during the treatment.
  • According to the current recommendations, we keep records of the time of each client's stay in the wellness center (time of entry, contact information, and time of leaving) for a list of contacts in case of infection symptoms in clients

Bars and restaurants

  • It is mandatory to disinfect the hands when entering the facility and maintain a safety distance of 1.5 meters between individual groups of visitors.
  • When ordering, it is necessary to maintain a physical distance of 1.5 meters between guests waiting in line. Staying at the bar is not allowed. Food or drinks can be ordered and picked up at the bar but without retention.
  • Tables are spaced to ensure that a physical distance of 1.5 m is maintained between guests (except in the case of family members or members of the same household)
  • Tables are kept empty until guests arrive and utensils are served after guests sit at the table. After the departure of each group of guests, the table, chairs and other surfaces that came in touch with guest, are disinfected and the tablecloths are changed.
