Camp site rules

• The camp site is open during the summer season of Terme Tuhelj d.o.o., i.e. in the period from 1st April until 31st October.
• The reception of the camp site is at the reception of the hotel of Terme Tuhelj d.o.o. and its working hours are from 0 till 24h.
• The check-in for the camp site can be done at the reception of the hotel of Terme Tuhelj d.o.o. from 14:00, and check-out until 11:00 of the current day. In the case the time limit is exceeded an additional day shall be charged.
• When entering the camp site all persons have to check in at the reception of the hotel of Terme Tuhelj d.o.o., where they get a stay card which is proof of allowed stay at the camp site and where they leave an ID card or passport. When leaving the camp site, checking out, all persons are obliged to pay the residence fee, the check-in and the insurance and return the received card.
• The plot user who has a contract on plot use concluded with Terme Tuhelj d.o.o. is obliged to check in the persons who will be staying at the camp site. The plot user can check in up to 5 persons.
• The plot can only be used by the user and the persons checked in at Terme Tuhelj d.o.o. by the plot user.
• Not more than 5 persons can stay at one plot at one time.
• Camp site plots are marked with numbers and the plot user and the persons checked in at Terme Tuhelj d.o.o. can use the area of the marked plot and the marked sanitary installations and common space.
• The plot users and the persons checked in are obliged to comply with the camp site rules and respect the peace of the others; otherwise they will have to leave.
• Car and other motor traffic is not allowed at the camp site. All vehicles are left at the car park in front of the camp site. Exceptionally, it is allowed to park but solely at the plot of the user and in that case only one entrance and exit from the camp site are allowed during the stay (the user entering the camp site and leaving it).
• Entrance and exit of motor vehicles at the camp site is allowed in the period between 7:00 and 22:00.
• Plots are for camping only and no change of the environment, decorating or building at the plot is allowed, except with written consent of the camp site owner.
• Users who have concluded a contract on plot lease are obliged to maintain their plots regularly and ensuring high quality and agree on the anticipated works with the camp site owner.
• It is not allowed to light fires and wash motor vehicles at the camp site. Specially furnished common space is intended for barbecues and such.
• Plot users are responsible for all events at the plot during the duration of the contract with Terme Tuhelj d.o.o.
• Garbage is obligatorily disposed of at the marked places intended for its collecting with obligatory waste segregation. It is forbidden to dispose of bulk waste.
• When leaving the camp site or the plot, the plot needs to be tidied up.
• It is recommended that all valuables are stored in the safe at the reception of the hotel of Terme Tuhelj d.o.o., as otherwise Terme Tuhelj d.o.o. is not liable for them.
• It is recommended to insure all property with an insurer of own choice since Terme Tuhelj d.o.o. is not liable for any damage.
• Larger animals (dogs) must be held at leash or have muzzles whenever leaving the plot or while staying at the camp site or at the area of Terme Tuhelj d.o.o.
• For any additional queries the plot users and the persons checked in can contact the reception of the hotel of Terme Tuhelj d.o.o.

The following is strictly forbidden at the camp site:

1. setting up advertisements anywhere
2. lighting open fire
3. parking cars at places not intended for it
4. motor traffic, except when coming or leaving the camp site
5. destroying the greenery
6. any building or installing
7. disposing of garbage outside of the places intended for it
8. storing or using dangerous items or substances
9. loud music and shouting
10. change of the intended use of space
