The company Terme Tuhelj d.o.o. shall pay necessary attention in designing the web pages and n this way try to insure the correctness and up-to-dateness of data on its web pages, but it cannot assume any responsibility for their correctness and completeness. All users use the published content at their own responsibility. Neither the company Terme Tuhelj d.o.o. nor any other legal or natural person who has participated in the creation and forming of this web page is responsible for possible damage which could arise from the access, use or impossibility to use the information on these web pages or for any mistake or incompleteness of their contents.

All information and pictures included in the web pages of Terme Tuhelj are legally, within the allowed scope, subject to copyright or other form of intellectual property protection. The documents published on these internet pages can be reproduced only for non-commercial purposes, in which case all stated warnings on copyright and other rights must be preserved and they must not be copied, multiplied or distributed in any other way for commercial purposes. Brands and services mentioned on these web pages are brands of the company Terme Tuhelj d.o.o., i.e. the named company has the right to use them.

The company Terme Tuhelj d.o.o. withholds the right to amend the contents of these web pages anytime, in any way, regardless of the reason and without prior notification. But doing so it does not take over the responsibility for any consequences arising form such amendments.

Personal Data Protection

The company Terme Tuhelj d.o.o. shall keep all data gathered on the visitors of the web pages in accordance with the personal data protection law and other Slovene and European laws. By sending their personal data via the information or reservation form, the visitor of the web pages agrees that the company Terme Tuhelj d.o.o. can use those data for internal statistics and data procession. The company undertakes thereby not to deliver those data to third parties for the purpose of commercial use of personal data.

We offer two ways to book our capacities on our web pages.

The first way is by e-mail, via which you can deliver your query to us, and we deliver our offer to you. The query or our offer is not considered confirmed reservation. An important precondition for the validity of the query is your confirmation of the reservation or our offer. In the case that we do not receive the confirmation the reservation is considered never to have been made.

Beside the usual way we offer to you the possibility of direct reservation and payment via credit card via the internet. In this case the reservation will be confirmed and paid immediately after you finally confirm the payment process. We of course en sure that you get just the accommodation you have chosen.

If children will be staying with you, please state also the foreseen number of children for which the accommodation will be paid. In accordance with the foreseen number of children and other data of the reservation, the price of the arrangement is calculated automatically and is shown on the screen. We inform you that in the case of reservations and payments via the internet you are considered to have read the Terms and Conditions and to have agreed to them.

Cancellation

In the case that you do not come or cancel your reservation we shall charge your credit card for the amount of 1 (one) day of accommodation according to the reserved arrangement (charging of the first day of your stay) according to the following:

• Up to 8 days: no charge
• 7 to 3 days: 30%
• 2 to 1 days: 50%
• no show: 100%

Use of data

Terme Tuhelj d.o.o. keeps all data on guests in accordance with the law on data personal data protection. By accepting our offer the guest is considered to agree to the use of these data for the purpose of statistical processing and informing on our offer. If the guest does not want to agree to this, they can declare that during the reservation.

Final provisions

UAll prices of the offer of Terme Tuhelj d.o.o. are inclusive of Value Added Tax. In the case of dispute between the parties the competent court is the court in Klanjac.
